You might feel it in your mouth. Like a memory of sweetness.
Or in your chest - that small drop of stress just before reaching for something.
Or in the way your feet seem to move toward the kitchen without a conscious decision.
That's not weakness. That's not a bad day. That's emotional wiring that runs deeper than any food list can reach.
The craving isn't asking for sugar. It's asking for something the sugar was fast at providing. Relief. Comfort. A brief pause in whatever was too heavy in that moment.
The question that actually works is not "how do I resist this." It's "what do I actually need right now."
