✨ As January starts to draw to a close, many women notice how they are really feeling. ✨
The busy start of the year has settled, the routines are back in place, and the distractions have faded.
For some, this is when tiredness, low mood, poor sleep, or emotional ups and downs become harder to ignore.
This is often how menopause and perimenopause show up. Quietly at first. Confusing. Easy to brush aside.
At F-IT, you are supported by Julie, a qualified Menopause Coach, who helps women understand what is happening in their bodies and minds, and why these changes are not something you simply have to “push through”.
Alongside gentle movement and open conversation, you will find clarity, reassurance, and connection with others who are navigating the same stage of life.
As we move out of January and into the rest of the year, this is a chance to start feeling more informed, more supported, and less alone.
