its beginning to look a lot like Christmas! Staff and residents raised 180 pounds for items for kidsbank this year ! Often Christmas can be a lonely time . By getting involved with a local project you can feel part of a bigger community and not as isolated . Plus it's always nice to spread some cheer ! Well done SDH !

Making time to relax and chill is so important for well being .Theres a wide variety of activities at SDH . Some to exercise , like our walking group on a Wednesday and we also have a cycling group . This weekend was more hobbies and crafts with model building , a little gardening and the projector came out for film night . A group meal and a lovely walk were also on the menu .

What a beautiful sunny day to say hello from our new SDH page !
Did you know today its hug your dog day ? One of our residents C reminded us , when we took a walk down to the RSPCA where he donated all these doggie goodies ! It was a great start to the day . We have many canine visitors here at the house . Great way to exercise and who can resist a dog hug !
