Life lately… ✨

A mix of wellbeing events, workshops, and continuing my Reiki and Sound training. Feeling really grateful for it all 💜

Some goodbyes and hellos in equal measure… a lot of change, and a lot of growth.

I’ve also been sharing a few things I love, like my eye masks, now on sale at . And I was gifted the most beautiful fan by a lovely friend for my treatment sessions.

But in between it all… I’m definitely craving a bit more nature and stillness 🌿

Had the most fulfilling day yesterday, handcrafting my own drum. Connecting with familiar faces and beautiful new souls. Thought I’d be squeamish working with the skin, but it felt so natural. Working with horse in the Year of the Horse just felt right. Now I wait for it to dry…✨❤️

A little reminder that self-care isn’t something we do once a year because the calendar tells us to. It’s something we practice so we can come back into balance, again and again. Making time for yourself is an act of love, not indulgence ❤️
