🐑✨ Bringing the farm to us! ✨🐐

What a fantastic end to the week as Mobile Farm Cheshire popped by with some of the most adorable animals you could imagine. Our garden was transformed into a mini farm, complete with fluffy visitors and lots of happy faces!

It was heartwarming to see residents and children interacting, laughing, and learning together, especially discovering the heritage of the beautiful Swiss sheep.

Our ladies said the animals brought real smiles to their faces and were something they never expected to see in their own back garden. Moments like these are pure magic and ones we will treasure.

Walking with a purpose 💚

This week, our Walking Club joined forces with our little friends from The Nursery in Belong to explore some of Chester’s wonderful sights. Smiles, fresh air and plenty of steps made it a truly special walk for everyone involved.

A new year is the perfect time to get moving building strength, boosting energy and enjoying the outdoors together. Fresh air is so important for both our residents and the children, and moments like these remind us how powerful simple connections can be.

Here’s to more walks, more smiles and many more shared adventures in 2026! 🌿🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️

Yin and yang, walking sticks, and Chinese swords have all been welcomed to Belong Chester with flowing movements, deep breathing, and mental focus as customers get to grips with Tai Chi under the guidance of Ji Siu Tai Chi Chuan Chester. ☯️⚔️🇨🇳

The Chinese martial art is being embraced by resident and tenants, alongside learning Cantonese greetings, discovering Chinese culture, and watching special demonstrations.

Next session takes place in February in celebration of Chinese New Year. 🐴

Armchair Ballet 🩰✨

A lovely afternoon spent with friends enjoying some armchair ballet. Chair based ballet is a joyful way for older people and children to move together, sharing smiles, gentle movement, and music.

It’s inclusive, uplifting, and all about connection rather than perfection. Different generations dancing side by side, supporting one another, and having fun proof that ballet really is for everyone, at any age.
