We have our wellbeing retreat sessions, to get intouch to book on to this as limited places 😀

Everyone is welcome to join we will be doing some meditation, forest bathing, mindfulness photography, art for wellbeing and mindfulness walks various ones on different sessions.

We have our next Reconnecting with nature for mental health and wellbeing support on Wednesday the 11th of March everyone is welcome to join this safe space 😀

Its a place to gain some support, make friends, feel part of the community and learn some new skills if you want to, while reconnecting with nature 🙂

We meet at 11am and set off at 12pm on mindfulness photography support walk no pressure to take pics or to talk but if you want to we are here for support 🙂

We are in Chesterfield town centre every Tuesday 10am to 1pm for abit extra support everyone is welcome to join this safe space 😀

Its a place to gain some support, make friends, feel part of the community and learn some new skills if you want to 🙂

No pressure to take pics or to talk but if you want to we are here for support 🙂

We have weekly, fortnightly and monthly mental health peer support groups, breakfast club, confidence building trips, creative exhibitions, workshops, wellbeing retreat sessions and an art group plus more 🙂

We would like to Thank everyone who made it to today's Snap and Chat in Clay Cross it was a great day with amazing people here are a couple of images from the day 😀

We meet at 10am in the foyer of Tesco's in Clay Cross and set off on a photography support walk at 10.15am 🙂
