Have you been curious about reflexology but worrying about your feet has put you off trying it 👣

Let me put you at ease…..I really don’t care what your feet look like that’s not what I’m concentrating on

I’m not looking at your chipped nail varnish, your hard skin or the hairy lower legs you’ve been growing beautifully since the end of summer 🤣

It’s something I come back to time and again because when my sleep is off, everything else feels so much harder

Finding a calm bedtime rhythm and looking after my “sleep hygiene” didn’t happen overnight (no pun intended!) but little by little it’s become second nature and it’s made such a difference

Sleep is a quiet superpower:
💫 It gives our body precious time to rest and repair
💫 It soothes a busy mind when too many tabs are open
💫 It helps our emotions settle so we can simply be
