We realised it’s been a while since Sophie properly introduced herself, so here’s a quick reintroduction.

This is Sophie Reed Owner and Founder of South Coast Home Care with a passion for person centred care and delivery for our local community.

Over the past 20 years of her career, she has had the opportunity to build her career and enhance the passion she has have for care, worked with diverse clients, led impactful projects, made change, and supported over 1000 customers over her career so far and over 500 employees.

Our Operations Director, Liam Tracey
recently met with the wonderful Ros Thompson
at our Chichester HQ to discuss the fantastic wellbeing services Ros provides.

Ros shared insights into her work with Bach Flower Remedies, offering one-to-one sessions with our team to support personal wellbeing covering areas such as stress, sleep, ongoing support, and menopause.

Her approach focuses on using natural remedies to help manage the pressures and anxieties that life can sometimes bring.

At South Coast Home Care we believe that supporting our team goes beyond professional development it’s also about providing emotional and personal wellbeing support. Partnering with Ros is another way we’re continuing to invest in our people and their overall wellbeing. 💜🌿
