Colliery Road is partially closed this week for road works. This will affect patients who normally turn off the B5070 by the Vets to get to the surgery. You can get to the surgery by turning at St. Mary's Church on to Trevor Road and then via Church View where you then turn left when you reach Colliery Road. See attached Map.

Chirk Surgery still have Flu vaccines and Nasal Flu available for eligible patients. You DO NOT need an appointment, ask at reception for a Flu vaccine whilst you are here. Use the below link to check if you are eligible. If you are still unsure if you are eligible please ask one of our receptionists who will check with a clinician.
Thank you for helping us keep our community healthy by ensuring you receive your Flu vaccine.

The best way to protect yourself and your loved ones against the flu is to get the annual NHS flu vaccine. The vaccine can prevent you getting the flu, reduce the severity of symptoms if you do, and help to prevent you passing it on to other vulnerable people.

*!*!* Last Covid Vaccine Clinic *!*!*
Chirk Surgery is holding our last Covid vaccination clinic on Monday 17th November. If you are patient and eligible for a Covid vaccine and would like to be vaccinated on 17th November you can either:
• use the booking link to book an appointment if you have received one
• contact the surgery by phoning 01691 772434 or ask at the reception desk
• or Walkin and wait on 17th November between 4.00-5.30pm.

Flu vaccines will also be available for eligible patients during this clinic.

Thursday 13th November - Covid and Flu vaccines available.
We have limited appointments available for the Covid vaccine this Thursday 13th November. If you are eligible for a Covid vaccine either use the booking link if you have received a text message or contact the surgery to book an appointment.

Thursday 20th November - Flu Vaccines Only, Covid vaccine will not be available during this clinic.
