Sorry I’ve been a bit quiet — I’m back performing on stage again, which means I’ve stepped away from regular massage work for now. I’m no longer at the clinic, and only very rarely able to take on outcalls.

Thanks so much to everyone who’s booked in over the past year — it’s been amazing to treat so many of you and be part of your recovery and performance journeys.

In all seriousness, using heat (like a warm compress or heat pack… or a small dog) can help relax tight muscles and improve blood flow, making it a great option for easing stiffness or managing minor injuries.

FAQ : Can you target a specific problem area, or do you have to do a full-body massage? You call the shots. If you just want your right shoulder worked on for 45 minutes, we can do that. If a full-body session is more your style, that works too.

I booked Nick in with having a few problems in my back and shoulders. He really listened to me and knew straight away what he could do to help me. I left feeling so much looser, minus a lot of pains I was having in my back and was able to perform with a lot more ease. He took his time and really catered the appointment to my own needs. Highly recommend.
