🩺 Basic Life Support Training Completed! 🩺

Today I had the pleasure of delivering a Basic Life Support (BLS) course to a fantastic group of professionals at a local Primary Care Network of GPs.

We covered essential, life-saving skills including:
✔️ CPR
✔️ Use of an AED
✔️ Managing unresponsive casualties
✔️ Scene safety & risk awareness
✔️ Choking
✔️ Anaphylaxis

It was a hands-on, practical session designed to build confidence and ensure fast, effective action in a real emergency.

A huge well done to everyone who took part – great engagement and brilliant teamwork throughout!
