During the week, St. Laurence's Church, Chorley provides a warm and welcome space in the Wellness Hub and Taste Cafe. We are grateful for help from funders, including Chorley Council and are pleased to be a member of the Warm Spaces Charter. Our monthly DEMENTIA HUB on the 3rd DECEMBER 2025.
will once again be held at ST. LAURENCE’S CHURCH, UNION STREET, CHORLEY, between 10.30am to 12.30pm.
Some of our team will be on hand to engage with members of the public, as we continue to work towards creating a Dementia Friendly Community. Helping to improve the lives of those living with Dementia, their families, friends and carers.
