☀️ Baby Summer Safety Starts with You!
As the warm weather continues, it’s so important to keep our little ones cool, safe, and comfortable.
Babies can’t regulate their temperature like adults can, and they’re more at risk of overheating – especially while sleeping or feeding. Whether you’re at home, out for a walk, or enjoying a family day in the sun.
Here are a few summer essentials every parent should know:
✅ Keep baby’s room between 16–20°C
✅ Avoid covering prams with blankets — use a parasol or clip-on shade
✅ Dress baby in light bedding and layers — check their chest or back for warmth
✅ Breastfed babies under 6 months don’t need extra water — just feed more often
✅ Always place baby on their back for sleep, even on holiday
Remember: If your baby feels hot, sweaty, or unsettled – it’s okay to remove a layer.
Let’s help spread the word and keep babies safe this summer.
