It’s finally Friday! 💜
If you’re heading into the weekend feeling frazzled or overwhelmed, take a moment to breathe — you’ve made it through another week.

I’ve been reminded lately how important it is to give ourselves permission to rest, especially for those of us whose minds never seem to switch off (hello fellow ADHD and autistic brains 🙋‍♀️).

Whatever your weekend looks like, I hope you find a bit of calm in it. 🌸
