I help people who are desperate to rest and dream of being able to slow down & take a break without any guilt. I show people it is possible to heal. I hold their hand whilst they get there. My mission is to help people find freedom. Freedom from pain, struggling, suffering, guilt, stress, fatigue, heartache, grief & sorrow. I want you to be free from feeling discontent, incapable & demotivated. I want to show you how you can break free from heartache, being grief stricken & hurt. I so deeply want you to feel FREE. In working with me, I will help you to reconnect with your emotions and learn how to love & accept your feelings – all of them. I will show you how to allow feelings to move through you, to come up & come out. Do you shy away from your emotions because in the past they have been too uncomfortable & difficult to feel? I can help you find freedom from that pain. I told him I didn't drink coffee 😬

Which technically IS true, but I was telling him to protect myself. I was telling him so he wouldn't ask me out again. I was telling him because I wanted to KNOW I would never be heartbroken again.

I know sometimes it seems safer to 'know everything'

I know sometimes it feels better to be 'in control'

I know sometimes it is more comfortable to have all the plans in place and know exactly what to expect

But
(and this is a BIG but!)

If you only ever live that way, magic can't find you.

Because magic isn't 'known' It's not supposed to be comprehended & understood.

Magic was never meant to be planned or controlled

Magic doesn't want to make sense

And don't you want a magical life?

If you do (and if you're reading this, I know you do!) - you've got to loosen the grip
You've got to lean back
You've got to 'let' it do its thing!

How?

Learn the language of magic and how it speaks to you (ok, I'll tell you right now - it's through your HEART)

I absolutely DREAD to think what would have become of me if I hadn't listened to my heart and let magic have its way with me over the last 6 years.

Here’s how I eat what I want as a 42 year old woman (in the best health of my life)

1️⃣ I eat like I love myself

It’s not just about what you eat, it’s about WHY you eat it.

You can either eat because you love yourself or eat because you don’t (I’ve done both)

I really love myself

So that = I WANT to nourish myself with healthy, wholesome goodness AND I also want to enjoy afternoon tea with my friends (or flumps on holiday with my husband) and that energy of love is there in every bite. Totally different than if you’re eating because you don’t like yourself.

2️⃣ It’s also not just about what & why you eat, it’s about HOW you eat.

If you are counting calories stressing over every mouthful and are monitoring every morsel, that energy is part of your whole digestive experience (and will not be positive)

If you are sharing food with your family, taking time over your meal as you chat about the day, enjoying tasting every bite and generally savouring the whole experience THAT is going to be part of your whole digestive experience.

I choose the latter

3️⃣ I don’t deprive myself of anything

Making food ‘good or bad’ ‘right or wrong’ is stressful.

Yes of course there are foods that are NOT good for us (and there are 100% foods that I avoid) BUT I also do not deny myself anything I want to eat.

And because I’ve learned to love myself really, really well I generally don’t want to put things in my body that will negatively affect how I feel.

I genuinely LOVE to eat foods that nourish me.
And yes I will have cake on my birthday (lots of!) because (see previous 2 points)

4️⃣ I know the hacks!

✅ I eat something green before EVERY meal (celery/cucumber/cabbage/lettuce)
✅ I don’t gulp down loads of water with my food (and try not to drink much 30 minutes before or after)
✅ I for a walk after a meal (to send the energy/glucose to my muscles)

5️⃣ I am active.

I MOVE my body every day (in many ways!) I know the poses to do. I go for walks. I jump on my trampoline. My energy is not stagnant and FLOWS. So when I eat, it’s contributing to an already positive energy flow.

A magical day
A powerful day ⚡

Take some time today to honour the parts of yourself you are ready to let die & fall away (it's necessary - trust me 🧙‍♀️) and to also remember those on the other side 🕯️

To help you work with the magical energy that today brings, here are some journal prompts:

11 years ago, I stood on this beach, staring out at Es Vedra, and made a wish that would change my life forever.

This magical rock in the Ibizan Sea has been a big part of my journey 🥹

I’d felt the pull in 2014 and I felt it again 11 years later

The first time I’d gone with my teacher and she told me to make a wish out on Es Vedra because what you wish for comes true 💫

And under the warmth of the Ibizan Sun, I closed my eyes and I wished for Love.

I wished for Love that felt safe & secure
I wished for Love that felt true & real
I wished for Love that felt healthy & happy

At that time in my life I was experiencing none of that 🙄

I was in love but it was a ‘madly’ in love kinda situation
There was love but it wasn’t safe
There was love but it definitely wasn’t healthy

I made my wish 💫

Fast forward 11 years later and I’m back in the exact same spot, on the exact same beach looking out at Es Vedra once again

This time with MY Husband ❤️

A completely different kind of love

A Love that is safe & secure
A Love that is true & real
A Love that is healthy & happy

My wish came true 🥲

And not just because I wished, but because I wished for it and then did the work to make it happen

I reclaimed my worth
I ended toxic cycles
I learned to find the kind of love I desperately needed within myself

And then he found me

Yes it took time but don’t all the best things in life?

I stood there earlier this month with tears in my eyes 🥹

Wishes come true
Dreams come true

There is no doubt about it. I wouldn’t have had the incredible night I did if I hadn’t honoured where I was in my cycle.

The party was Saturday night. My period arrived Friday night (typical 🙄😂)

Now, I know myself - and my cycle - well enough to know exactly how I’d feel and what I’d need.

When we’re bleeding, our hormones and energy are at their absolute LOWEST point of the month. Ideally, we’d all spend Days 1-3 cocooned in cozy rest, comfort, and chocolate. But let’s be real - our world doesn’t work like that (yet)

Instead, we’re taught to treat the days we are bleeding just like any other day. And honestly? I don’t believe that’s good for us.

We need rest. We need comfort. We need reassurance. And yes, we need chocolate 😉😜

So, I gave myself all of that (and more!) the entire day before the party. Because here’s the thing:

✨ Your period doesn’t have to stop you from doing what you want to do. ✨

I wanted to celebrate my friend’s special birthday. I wanted to feel fabulous and sparkly. And because I honored my body earlier in the day, I had the energy to do just that 🕺

If I’d pushed myself, forced myself to work, or ignored what my body needed, I know I wouldn’t have had the reserves to enjoy the night.

Learning to work WITH your cycle is one of the most powerful things you can do as a woman.
