I have a bit of availability to offer more 1:1 sessions at the gym, focussing on strength training and working on your confidence in a gym environment. The sessions are relaxed and chatty with plenty of time to ask questions and try new exercises. I am fairly flexible and can work around your schedule. Drop me a message if you’re interested at all 🙂
