Good afternoon everyone, I hope you are all well.
I wanted to inform you all about some important updates to the workings of my business.
Unfortunately, due to many recent ‘no shows’ and last minute cancellations, I am having to introduce a cancellation policy.
Any bookings cancelled without prior notice (48 hours) will incur a 50% service cost. This includes if I arrive to your appointment and you are not there.
Please understand that if I do not work, I do not get paid and, more often than not, there are other clients who would appreciate your slot.
I understand that situations arise where it is unavoidable to cancel. In these cases I am happy to waive the fee.
Secondly, due to the rising cost of the consumables I use within each appointment, single appointments will now be charged at £30 and double appointments £55.
