Small group classes are held at Clarbeston Road Memorial Hall & Tidal Fitness Haverfordwest Pay £10 per class or £40 for a 5 class pass when you book via the website.

Private 1:1 sessions are available with the option to practice at your home for £30 or in our new private studio space at The Ark Haverfordwest £40.
