A very special day 💫 Calm and balanced, positive and motivated, relaxed and revived….

Just a few of the words used to describe how the half day workshop I held on Saturday helped to make them feel.

So many magical moments 🙏🏻 but here’s just a few highlights from the day. From mindful movement to cookery, it was a day filled with tools and techniques I use in my coaching to help clients to build resilience to stress.

The feedback has been wonderful and I’m so happy that everyone that came felt they’d not only enjoyed the day but they’d got so much value from the investment of time they’d made.

Time is very precious after all 💓 so why not spend it doing something that only feels good at the time but learning skills that can help you feel great for a lifetime!

Balli is possibly one of the busiest people I know! With a successful and demanding career and 3 beautiful young daughters to look after (including twins 💕) Balli was really struggling to prioritise her own health and wellness as well as juggling work, home life and her growing family.

The number first goal we worked on together was improving and stabilising her energy levels so she had the energy to not only increase performance at work but have enough left over to be able to fully enjoy downtime and holidays without feeling like she was crashing and burning out from exhaustion.

Although she’d exercised all her life it wasn’t something Balli particularly enjoyed when we first started working together and despite having her very own home gym, she never used it! That has totally changed and Balli is so committed now that she trains with me 1-2-1 twice a week at 5.45am in the morning!!

I’m so proud of Balli for her dedication to completely transforming her mindset towards exercise, eating habits and recognition of the importance of prioritising self care that has helped her to nurture a healthy, strong body and mind. Now she’s able to enjoy time with the family and holidays feeling well and full of energy. And from one mum to another, I understand just how important that time is…. Well done 👏🏻 Balli!
