Six months ago today — on the 12th of May — I taught my very first class as a qualified mat Pilates instructor! I was so excited (and a little nervous!) to finally share my love of Pilates with the Clevedon community ✨
I can hardly believe how quickly the time has flown by — and how many of you are now enjoying the benefits of regular practice with me 💪
A huge thank you to everyone who has supported my small business — by spreading the word, sharing my posts, putting up my posters, giving me advice or joining me week after week on the mat 🙏
