I’m currently completing my Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) massage training with The Contour Club! I am looking to find a final few case studies.

I’m looking for 3 people who would love to experience the benefits of MLD at a special half-price rate. A minimum of 3 sessions will be required so we can track your progress.

🌿 Who might benefit?
• Post-surgery swelling (e.g. cosmetic, non cosmetic etc.)
• Lymphedema or lipedema and anyone with lower limb swelling
• Rheumatoid arthritis (during non-flare states), Osteoarthritis
• Fibromyalgia
• Symptoms such as pain, heaviness, stiffness, swelling or build up of fluid in the body
• Anyone seeking general detox, wellness or relaxation

🌱 Potential benefits of MLD include:
✔️ Reducing swelling
✔️ Improving comfort
✔️ Supporting recovery
✔️ Promoting overall wellbeing

⚠️ Please note: In some cases where there is a medical condition, a GP referral may be required.
MLD cannot be performed on those with:
• Acute infections
• DVT (Deep Vein Thrombosis)
• Cardiac insufficiency / Heart Failure
• Malignant disease
• Acute inflammation
