Since becoming self-employed in September I haven’t taken off any leisure time, I’m usually working 6 days a week with the odd full weekend off.

The week before lady week is chaotic for me mentally & physically. I’m finally in a position where I can navigate my calendar around my cycle and my gosh it felt great!

At first I felt guilty for blocking out my diary & not earning anything. I was also worried that my clients would think I was being selfish (crazy to think that I know!) but the bookings & vouchers bought has been as consistent as the day I first started so thank you 🥹

Ps - I also had a full day in bed watching Netflix 💭 *new Peaky Blinders film is 10/10!*

Pps - You’re wellbeing is important! Seek it, protect it & honour it! 💆‍♀️❤️✨
