Hi, I’m Laura, a certified hypnobirthing coach and womb wellness therapist. I’m here to help women feel confident, calm, and empowered about their upcoming birth. Too many women walk away from birth feeling traumatised, and it absolutely shouldn’t be like that. It’s not your fault. You’re bringing life into the world. Last night’s Creative Womb Circle was a total success! It was a sell out, and every woman who joined took something from it, whether that was learning more about pelvic health, getting out of the head and back into the body, or feeling a spark of creativity again. We all left feeling that bit lighter ✨

And I’ve got to give a little shout out to the elephant in this photo! He was quietly hanging in the space where I held last night’s circle. I’m a big believer in signs and for me, the elephant is mine. I once asked to be shown an elephant whenever I was stepping in the right direction. They’ve popped up at the most perfect moments, and sure enough, there he was again last night 🐘

Why an elephant, you ask? Well, you don’t exactly see many of them in Lancashire (unless you’re at Blackpool Zoo!) so I thought I’d make my sign a real challenge. And honestly, the way they’ve appeared over time has blown me away, always in alignment with the right thought or steps I’ve been taking.
