In the fast-moving world, digital skills are useful for some of the following reasons:

We run a mix of one-to-one and small group courses across Derbyshire to help people gain the skills to:

Growing Recovery in Derbyshire (GRID) is a place for supporting, celebrating and promoting recovery from substance use across the county.

The website offers support to individuals in recovery, their families and friends, and professionals seeking to learn more about the work of the Derbyshire Recovery Network.

Through GRID, we provide the Your Choices Matter programme.

The Your Choices Matter programme extends support for people who are on the recovery journey from drug and alcohol dependency. Get support with:

✅ Mental Health & Wellbeing
✅ Food Nutrition
✅ Finding life interests and purpose
✅ Creating a life that supports your happiness
✅ Employment support and guidance on personal finance

Our team can provide one to one support, and where preferable and suitable, work with you amongst caring and supportive groups of other affected people.

Our programme provides access to proven recovery systems and support. We also host one of Europe's most listened-to Podcasts on the subject of addiction recovery.
