One thing I remember from my first ever QEC session (Quantum Energy Coaching) was how much I felt listened to.

I was given space to speak without any judgment or having someone try to ‘fix’ me.

The session was on line, via Zoom. I’d never met the practitioner in person but it felt like she really ‘got’ me.

She not only mirrored what I’d said but noticed my body language as I said it.

This ability to help someone feel seen, heard and understood is such an important part of the healing journey for everyone I work with.

Today I’m so grateful to be in a good space 🙏 as the last couple of years have been pretty challenging physically, mentally & emotionally 😬

Navigating huge amounts of conflicting information whilst dealing with a list of menopause related symptoms, illnesses and injuries! 🤷‍♀️

Trying to hold my ‘old life’ together whilst everything was changing was extremely uncomfortable and exhausting 😣

Eventually accepting the inevitable, letting go and embracing this new phase… allowed space for ‘change’ or healing & transformation to happen 🦋

It took time, effort, commitment and investment to support myself on every level during this transition 🥰

Consistent daily habits and practices created a foundation for my wellbeing as well as the inner work for personal growth.

I had to cultivate a lot of self compassion as well as strength and resilience to keep going but it was all worth it to come to a place of embodied wisdom, intuition and empowerment 💝

I was also open to help and support from friends, family and other professionals and
I think the proverb “It takes a village..” sums it up 🥰

I’m tagging a few people here who I’d like to thank and acknowledge for inspiring me & supporting me along the way 🙏 🫶 ###
