✨ Had such a wonderful time yesterday! ✨

I always love meeting new people in my yoga classes and seeing familiar faces return. It’s so rewarding to share movement, listen to their stories, and focus on the areas where they need extra support. That personal connection is what makes teaching so special. 💜

And in baby massage sessions, it’s a joy to watch mums and little ones grow together week by week. As a mum myself, I know how challenging those early days can feel — isolating, overwhelming, and everything in between. That’s why it means so much to me to create a calm, safe space where mums can relax, laugh, and feel supported.

Feeling very grateful for this community. 💕

✨ What a beautiful morning we just had! 🤩

We began with a gentle yoga session, moving through stretches and mindful breathing together with such a wonderful group of ladies, moms, grandmas, and daughters. 💕

Then came the sweetest part: chilling with the babies during baby massage. The calm, the giggles, the relaxed vibes… just perfect. 😍

We’ll be back again on Thursday 4th of September – can’t wait to see you there!
