It’s official. I’m now a verified 9D Breathwork facilitator.
This one means a lot.
Not because it’s the finish line, because it really isn’t. If anything, this feels like the start of a much deeper chapter.
The last 9 months have been full on. Training, learning, practising, holding sessions, refining how I support people, and seeing first-hand what this work can do when someone finally gets the space to breathe, release, and reconnect with themselves.
I came to this work through my own need for change. I know what it feels like to be constantly switched on, carrying too much, overthinking everything, and trying to keep going when your system is quietly asking for something different.
That’s why this matters to me.
Not as a certificate on a wall, but as a responsibility.
A line from my certification email really landed with me:
“Your dedication, growth, and heart for this work have truly shone.”
I’m proud of that. Really proud.
But I’m also still learning. Still refining. Still educating myself. Still improving how I hold the room, how I explain the work, and how I help people feel safe enough to have their own experience.
Thank you to everyone who has already trusted me enough to come to a session, breathe with me, share honestly, cry, laugh, shake, rest, release, or simply lie there and let your body do what it needed to do.
This is just the beginning.
A few new sessions are now open too:
Tuesday 12th May, 6:30pm — Longniddry
A new taster session has been added as the Cockenzie House sessions are almost full.
Wednesday 13th May — Online via Zoom
A gentler breathwork session focused on relaxation, easing stress, and helping the body settle.
There are also upcoming sessions in Cockenzie, Edinburgh, Swanston, East Saltoun, Longniddry and Haddington.
