Today is International Men’s Day, which falls during Men’s Health Awareness Month, a chance to recognise the challenges many men face, from mental health and homelessness to abuse and violence.

It’s also a day to celebrate the positive impact men and boys have in our families, communities and workplaces and the importance of raising awareness, supporting one another and encouraging open conversations.
