Join me at the beautiful Geodome at Sparrows Campsite in Halstead on June 11th 5pm-7.30pm.

I welcome you to join me for a beautiful 150minutes to relax, reset and recharge your mind, body and spirit.

Upon arrival amongst the glorious woodlands at Sparrows Campsite you will be guided to take your space under the geodome or woodlands for our Qigong class, where we will explore various movements to aid in health and well-being for the season.

We will take a break to enjoy a cup of herbal Chai & snack in the woodlands or under a tree in a hammock!

We will then bring ourselves to the earth to lay or sit on our mats and experience the frequencies from my enchanting instruments to soothe our soul and minds.

Experience a different kind of Qigong class & Sound Bath in nature with me. And all 2 hour 30 minutes for just ยฃ40!

WELCOME TO THE WORLD OUR BEAUTIFUL SEBASTIAN JAMES.

Born Saturday 13th December 1.35am 2025. On daddy's first day off from work too! The universe knew we were all ready.
Weighing a lovely 6lb 12oz.

๐Ÿฅฐ๐Ÿ˜. Born at home as we hoped for, completely natural, breech & back to back! We done it! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ‘ถAnd we all both good and healthy. ๐Ÿฅฐ๐Ÿ˜ We worked perfectly our bodies together ###x

Now to get used to our life as a family of 3. ๐Ÿฅฐ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ˜.
