✨ Feeling Inspired After Training with Karl Smith! ✨

I’ve just completed two incredible days of training with Karl Smith, founder of this technique and internationally recognized teacher, and I am absolutely buzzing! 🤍
This video was taken during the final stage of the training, where the focus is on integration — gently supporting the body and mind to absorb positivity, calm, and balance 🌿✨
It’s amazing to see how the nervous system responds when it feels supported, welcoming in lightness and new energy.
At Equinox, I work with Spinal Flow and EMMETT, and this work fits naturally with everything I do — honouring the deep connection between mind, body, and nervous system, and allowing transformation to happen safely, gently, and intuitively.
The training used modern, dynamic, and content-free hypnosis techniques, including Kinetic Shift, Psy-Tap, and F.A.S.T, giving immediate results and teaching how to work quickly yet intuitively — exactly what I will bring into my practice.
I’ll be looking for volunteers to work with me for future social media videos.

This journey has been one of learning, growth, and real experience working with people.

🪑 Do you sit for long periods of time?
Most people do. Driving to work, sitting at a desk, commuting home, using screens in the evening, then sleeping and repeating the cycle the next day.
Long periods of sitting can quietly affect the body over time. Reduced movement is linked to increased risk of metabolic issues, muscular weakness, poor posture, and ongoing tension in the spine. These effects often build gradually, without obvious warning signs.
Taking a moment to notice how much of your waking day is spent sitting can be eye opening. Small changes that introduce more movement can have a meaningful impact on how the body feels and functions.
