Our spotlight has been busy casting its eye on all the achievements of our Care team recently, and we are proud to present our three winners of 'In the Spotlight' in October. Without further ado... drum roll please.... congratulations to Shirley, Anaam and Chloe!! 🎉 🥂 🍾 🙌

Shirley. B
Shirley’s dedication and kindness truly shine through in everything she does. Not only does she regularly support night shifts, but she has also stepped in to help with evening visits, showing incredible teamwork and commitment. Her caring nature, reliability, and positive attitude make her a joy to work with and a real asset to the team. Customers always speak highly of Shirley and the genuine warmth she brings to her role. Well done Shirley!
Anaam. H
For someone so new to care, Anaam has been truly exemplary. All of her customers enjoy her visits, but she has really shone with our mental health customers. Her emotional and mental maturity, combined with her intuitive understanding of what people need often before it’s even spoken, truly sets her apart.
Anaam’s kindness, professionalism, and natural ability to provide emotional support make her a fantastic asset to our team. We are so proud to have her with us, and we know her customers feel the same.

As one of our longest-serving staff members, Chloe consistently goes above and beyond in everything she does. She not only provides exceptional care to the people she supports, always striving to achieve more than anyone could imagine, but she also offers invaluable support to our RGN and Coordinator teams.
Her dedication, professionalism, and unwavering commitment make her a truly exceptional carer. We are incredibly lucky to have Chloe as part of the Bluebird team.
