Binevenagh Mountain Race is 10k of glorious Trail - starting from the Waterfall Caves the route takes you through Ballycarton Wood, up along the clifftops of the mountain before turning for the trig Point... its all downhill from here!

RunFit turns 9 🎉 Never did I think all those years ago starting out with a 6 week trial and a handful of runners that I would end up with the community of runners that we have today. I am forever grateful to everyone who has supported me and my coaching journey over this time. I always say it’s the runners that make RunFit what it is. You won’t meet a more friendly and supportive bunch of people 🫶🏻 We never take ourselves too serious, we have fun but we work hard.
Here’s to many more miles and finish lines together 🍾

Another day of exploring through running. Found some nice trails and lakes to run around connected by the national cycle network in the Sandwell Valley area.
Back to home soil tomorrow 🫶🏻

Spring into action with some new running apparel Basaltsix

Running tourism whilst staying in Birmingham with Jacob and Limavady Youths. Using a combination of Strava heat maps and Google maps to find my way around lol Run around Alexander Stadium home to the 2022 Commonwealth games and Birchfield Harriers. Also Found some park areas too with a nice mix of great paths.

Another Tuesday night of laughter and miles. Thanks to coach Andy for miscounting reps and bringing the craic.
We don’t take ourselves too seriously at RunFit.
We laugh, we joke, we enjoy it.
But when it’s time to work… we work hard 💪
