The foot has 26 bones! One quarter of your bones are in your feet. There are 20 muscles in each foot. The soles of our feet have more than 7000 nerve endings. Why not treat them with reflexology.. ❤️👣

A Reflexology session is £40 and includes an initial Consultation by a Qualified Nurse to explore your individual health needs.

This is followed by a Foot soak, foot scrub and Reflexology session.

Treatment is one hour, but allow 1hr 15 for a first session.
