The quiet after a busy day. 🤍

Clinic tidied. Plinth wiped down. Equipment packed away — I just stop and take it in ☺️

This little space. My little space.
Because getting here was NOT easy.

Raising two boys as a single Mum. One income. A degree earned through sleepless nights, early mornings, support from family & friends; and sheer bloody determination. Years spent in the NHS, work experience in private practice and sport clubs — pouring everything into a system I believed in, building experience I didn’t yet know I was saving up - for this.

There were moments I didn’t think I’d make it to this point. Truly. Moments where the juggle felt impossible. Where being a good Mum and chasing a career felt like they were pulling in opposite directions.

But I kept going.

And now — right here, in this little home clinic — I get to bring every single bit of it together. My university education. The years of NHS experience. The MSK knowledge. The passion for actually helping people. All of it, under one roof.

I get to do something I love. I get to be present for my boys. I get to build something that’s mine.

It has been hard. Genuinely, deeply hard. But standing here today — I wouldn’t change a single sleepless night.

And if you have a goal, ambition, dream- go for it. Whatever it takes. Work for it. Don’t give up- you’ll get there in the end. Slow and steady wins the race ☺️

A week that consisted of 👇🏼

Same practitioner. Same expertise. A whole new look.

When I thought about what I wanted this space to feel like, I kept coming back to the same thing — 𝘚𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘶𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘸𝘢𝘯𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘣𝘦. Walking into a clinic can feel daunting. Cold. Sterile. Not knowing what to expect. Feeling like you need to justify whether you’re “bad enough” to deserve help. I never wanted that for this space. Here, you walk in and you breathe. It’s calm. It’s comfortable. It feels considered — because every detail has been. You’re not a number, you’re not being rushed and you’re not left feeling like a burden. You’re listened to. You’re taken seriously. And you have access to a practitioner with the knowledge, the clinical understanding and the hands-on experience to actually help you to reach your goals. If your calves, quads, hamstrings or glutes are feeling tight or sore after the race, a sports massage can help support recovery.

Post-race sports massage can help:

✔ reduce muscle soreness (DOMS)

I’m a specialist Musculoskeletal (MSK) Rehabilitation Practitioner with a BSc (Hons) and can assess injuries, provide treatment and guide your recovery.
