Todays training was at Salon 81 (Hair and Beauty) in Craig y Don, Llandudno. Staff being taught Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work. Some of the modules covered was CPR, Choking, Recovery position, AED and much more. Infant CPR was also covered. Really good feedback from the learners. The staff covered Recovery postion, CPR (Adult, Child and Infant), slings and bandages for embedded objects, Anaphylaxis shock, Catastrophic bleeding using tourniquets. Finishing off with scenario’s stretcher EVAC using thier own kit on site (casualty only moved if in immediate danger) and written test. All staff past the course and are well prepared for any future incidents when the new business opens 17 Sept 25.
