I hate to admit it but yes that is me on the left, overweight and extremely unhealthy. After having my son in August 2021 I started eating a lot in the evenings because I just didn’t get to eat much in the day when my son was really small (he was very needy) 😂

However I stumbled across intermittent fasting! I decided in April 2023 that I was going to start doing something about my weight. I had no idea how to fast or what to do so after a lot of research I got to it. I started to see results in the first few weeks! I had more energy all my bloating had gone. Following the 16/8 method I went from 13st in the April to 8st 2 by December.

I was so happy with my results but also I loved the overall improvement of my health the most.

A lot of friends have been in touch with me and got on board with fasting since and they too were so shocked with their results.

Fasting isn’t for everyone but if you think it’s for you, come on the journey and I’ll help you reach your target through coaching you from start to finish ❤️

🍽️ Let me break it down for you in simple terms: 🍽️

Intermittent fasting is not a diet; it's an eating pattern that focuses on when you eat rather than what you eat. It involves alternating periods of eating and fasting.

⏰ There are different methods, but a popular one is the 16/8 method. You fast for 16 hours (including your sleep time) and have an 8-hour window for eating each day. For example, you might choose to eat from 12 pm to 8 pm and fast from 8 pm to 12 pm the next day.

🏋️‍♀️ So, why do people try intermittent fasting? 🏋️‍♀️

👉🏼 Weight loss: By reducing your eating window, you naturally consume fewer calories, which can lead to weight loss over time. It also helps regulate hormones related to fat burning.

👉🏼 Improved energy and focus: Some people find that fasting enhances their mental clarity and energy levels.

👉🏼 Simplicity: Unlike strict diets, intermittent fasting doesn't require you to count calories or restrict certain foods. It's more about when you eat than what you eat.

Hello there my name is Katie and I’m an online certified intermittent fasting coach. I offer one to one sessions with clients to help guide you through your fasting journey. If you are not sure where to start or what your goal is send me a message and have a chat with me, we can work on it together. I will help you from start to finish through your journey. I’m here to motivate you, guide you and celebrate you when you achieve your goal. My one to one sessions are £10 for 30 minutes.

I advise you book your first session for an introduction, goal planning and what fasting hours are best suited to you. I advise you book a second session so that we can help you create a meal plan and discuss any tools that will help you along the way (everyone has different preferences). And then I advise you book in for a third session so we can discuss your progress and see how you’re getting on.

The help doesn’t just stop after your third session! After your third session you’ll be added to my intermittent fasting group on WhatsApp where we can catch up on your progress, keep motivated and share tips and ideas with others. The best bit is there will be no cost for this!

My sessions are held via zoom video or chat depending on what you are most comfortable with.
