A good therapist reads your body, checks in, and asks: “How’s the pressure?”

If you’re white-knuckling your way through a session, it might be time to speak up… or find someone new.

I’d like to inform you of a small update to my booking policy. Moving forward, a 50% booking deposit will be required to secure all appointments.

Due to a high number of cancellations throughout March, this change is necessary to help manage my diary effectively and ensure availability for all clients.

Please note:
• All deposits are non-refundable
• If you need to reschedule, your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment within the same month
