Reiki Healing I am ITEC qualified and a member of FHT and am fully insured with over 25 years experience in Holistic Therapies. Reflexology is a popular and relaxing holistic treatment based on the principle that reflex points on the soles tops and sides of the feet or hands are connected to corresponding areas throughout the body .In this way the feet can be seen as a map of the body. Working on these reflexes using specialized massage techniques is said to help correct imbalances throughout the body and help release blocked energy producing a state of balance and harmony. Reiki is a simple natural non invasive safe method of hands on healing whilst the client remains fully clothed. Some people feel very refreshed and seem to be thinking more clearly afterwards. Some fall alseep and feel more relaxed than even having a massage. Besides the immediate experience of reiki you may notice other changes that continue to unfold as the day goes on perhaps stronger digestion a sense of being more centred and maybe sleeping deeply that night. (Any missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice you will be charged in full unless covid 19 related or sudden illness )

Any cancellations must be made 24 hours before your appointment time, or you may be charged at the full rate. Due to covid 19 I am waving the cancellation fee if it relates to Covid 19
