our third held retreat arrives on the eve of the autumn equinox- a sacred turning point where light and dark meet in perfect balance, before we step into the slower, more inward season. this gathering is a chance to release, restore and realign- honouring the shift together in circle.

we’ll share cacao, move through meditation and reiki, and be immersed in ami’s sound journey of bowls, chimes + gongs. this time we also welcome something new- chanting with live drumming- to awaken the voice and connect to the heartbeat of the earth.

expect a warm, candlelit space filled with ritual, stillness and connection, and a little goodie bag of magic to carry home with you.

this rebrand has been calling for a while, and it finally feels so right to share it with you.

🌸New Taster sessions are here!
Since settling into my new space at The Hub in Moreton-in-Marsh, I’ve been holding space for some beautiful new souls – and I wanted to create something gentle and welcoming for anyone feeling curious about what I offer.

These 30-minute taster sessions are perfect if you’re drawn to holistic healing but aren’t sure where to start. They’re also a lovely option for regular clients who feel called to try something new and nourishing.

You can choose from:
– Usui Reiki Healing
– Healing Back & Shoulder Massage
– Mini Neal’s Yard Facial
– Reflexology-Inspired Foot Massage

Each session is £25 or two for £45.
A gentle invitation to pause, soften, and reconnect – especially if time is limited but your heart is open.
