This phrase feels like the truest expression of what Moonheld Healing is.
Everything we offer from Usui Reiki to our intuitive body massages and Floragy facials is rooted in energy. Not just surface level relaxation, but deep, intentional healing that works with your body, your spirit, and the subtle energies that flow through you.

The earth holds you: grounding, steady, safe.
The moon guides you: intuitive, cyclical, ever-changing.
That balance is at the heart of everything I do.

Places like the Rollright Stones remind me why this work matters so much. I come here often to ground, to reconnect, to ask questions, and to simply be. There’s something ancient here… something you can feel without needing to explain it.
And every time, I leave feeling clearer, calmer, and more aligned.

That’s the energy I bring into every treatment.

Not perfectly laid out, not reset yet… just a space that’s been used, where bodywork has been done.

At Moonheld Healing, I offer bespoke, intuitive full body massage and bodywork sessions, designed around you. No routines, no one size fits all approach. Just listening to your body, your energy, and what you need in that moment.

Before your appointment, you’ll complete an in depth consultation form so I can properly understand how you’re feeling physically, emotionally, and energetically. This means your treatment is tailored to you from the very beginning.

You can book:
60 minute full body intuitive sessions, for deeper relaxation, release, and a proper full body reset.
30 minute back of the body sessions, perfect if you’re feeling tight, overwhelmed, or need focused tension relief.

During your treatment, I intuitively blend massage and energy work, and may incorporate crystals if it feels right. Some sessions are slow and grounding, others more releasing or energising. Your body leads the way.

The “after” isn’t just the room…
it’s how you feel when you leave. lighter, calmer, and more connected to yourself.

Moonheld Healing is a little sanctuary where you can step away from the busy-ness of life, slow down, and be truly looked after.

Each session is completely personalised and held in a warm, tranquil space: think soft lighting, gentle music, and time just for you.
