Winding down for Christmas but thought I’d start another little project in my upcycling portfolio!
Check out these retro chairs that we dug out of my mum in laws shed. With a little love and attention I think these can look fantastic again!

With the winter weather fast approaching and limiting outdoor adventure it’s time to reuse all that Christmas packaging and get creative!
My boy loves all things transport related so this was a brilliant way to keep him engaged, get his brain thinking and doing what he does best!
Well that’s what I thought until daddy had other ideas… 🙄😆
Enjoy the great indoors this winter and recycle a little along the way!

Festive fun today for the Stoneleigh Broadway Christmas Trail! So great to see and chat to so many folks and watching the children enjoying the fun games and sweets! I even got a ‘Bone Booth’ shot with my baby girl ❤️

Our newest member of the team is Anusha. She specialises in Physiotherapy for children. Earlier this year she attended a course on Childrens knee injuries and how to manage them.

Anuahas says " The course gave us a lot of opportunities to discuss knee injuries in children. We paid particular attention to ACL rehab. The ACL is a ligament that supports the knee. It can be injured in children that play football or do gymnastics, and we exchanged ideas on how to rehabilitate them'.
