After weeks of recording, refining, and pouring my time and energy into this project, I’m so excited to finally share it with you 🤍
This seated challenge is ideal if you’re feeling stressed, low on energy, dealing with limited mobility, or simply wanting a gentle, accessible way to reconnect with your body and breath. All practices are done comfortably seated, making it easy to fit into your day — at home, at work, or anywhere you need a moment of calm.
