Our upcoming 6-week courses are physiotherapist-led, thoughtfully structured, and designed to support you through pregnancy, postnatal recovery, pelvic health concerns, back pain and nervous system regulation.
Each course blends:
• evidence-based Pilates
• gentle, progressive loading
• breathwork and nervous system awareness
• a calm, supportive environment where symptoms are respected - not ignored
Whether you’re navigating pregnancy, returning to movement after birth, managing pelvic floor symptoms, or feeling stuck in a constant state of stress, these courses meet you where you are and guide you forward safely.
Some participants may benefit from an individual pelvic health physiotherapy assessment before joining - we’re always happy to advise so you feel confident and supported from the start.
