This course is about moving away from feeling like something is “wrong” with your back, and towards understanding it, strengthening it, and trusting it again - (yes, even if you have visible spinal changes on a scan such as arthritis or disc injury).
A physio-led Pilates course designed specifically for people with back pain - combining gentle, progressive movement with up-to-date pain science and evidence-based care.
