‘Regulate’ focuses on female hormonal health through a nervous system lens.
We explore how stress, hormones, pelvic health, and strength are deeply connected - and how supporting regulation can change the way your body feels, moves, and functions day to day.

‘Rewire’ is about understanding the mind–body connection and gently guiding the body out of survival mode.
Through simple, evidence-informed practices, we create the conditions for safety, awareness, and ease - so your system can settle and respond, rather than brace and react.

If you’re feeling fed up of relying on short-term relief like massage, hands-on treatment or repeated adjustments - and want something more sustainable, this might be for you. 💚

This course is about moving away from feeling like something is “wrong” with your back, and towards understanding it, strengthening it, and trusting it again - (yes, even if you have visible spinal changes on a scan such as arthritis or disc injury).

A physio-led Pilates course designed specifically for people with back pain - combining gentle, progressive movement with up-to-date pain science and evidence-based care.

Does exercise flare up your back pain, perhaps making you (understandably) fearful and avoidant of movement? 🥺

This course isn’t here to promise a quick fix - because pain doesn’t work like that, and we take a no bull💩 approach.

Instead, our goals are to help you:
• rebuild confidence after pain
• reconnect with your body
• move without fear or rigid rules
• understand pain, not catastrophise it
• explore movement safely with physio-led guidance

Every participant begins with an individual physiotherapy consultation, so exercises, cues, and progressions are shaped around your back - not a generic template.

This is a small, supportive group designed to help you feel safe, confident and truly guided in your practice 🧘🏻‍♀️
