WHAT KIND OF MASSAGE SHOULD YOU GET?

There are several types of massage that focus on different parts of the body or healing approaches. Massage is giving attention to areas of tension or pain and manipulation using the therapists hands or sometimes the elbow or forearm. During a massage, a therapist will apply gentle or strong pressure to the muscles and joints of the body to ease pain and tension - this encourages circulation, cleansing, detoxing and refreshing the energy. We adjust the pressure to suit you.

Sometimes it can be confusing - you know you’re stressed and everybody tells you that you need a good massage, but what type of massage should you get? There are so many options available, how do you know which one will suit you?
