We spent some time talking with police officers from the and yesterday to try and spread the word... it was good to engage with front line police officers at their place of work and let them know there are other facilities out there to help them with their mental resiliance.... maybe see some of you guys at the woods next year 😃👍🏻👊🔥🌳

Hopefully embers will get one or two of its members on this amazing voyage. is an amazing charity helping veterans with their mental resiliiance by making it possible for them to sail and allow healing to be done on the sea!This opportunity to help a tall ship sail around the UK in support of the doesn't come along everyday. Exciting news for Embers! 🔥⚓️

An amazing opportunity has opened up for us to work with a fantastic charity called Turn to Starboard, who take veterans out sailing to build confidence, connection and mental resilience.

Just like Embers creates a safe space in the green woodland environment, Turn to Starboard does the same out on the blue sea — different settings, same mission: supporting the veteran community. 🌲🌊

We’re hoping to build a proper two-way link between us in the future, helping more veterans access the support, camaraderie and headspace they deserve.

Really excited for what’s ahead. 🙌
