To help our clinicians spend more time talking with you and less time typing, we are now using a new NHS‑approved tool called Scribe during some appointments.

🗣️ What is Scribe?
Scribe helps your clinician by turning parts of your conversation into written notes.
It does NOT record your voice - it simply creates text that your clinician checks before adding to your medical record.

💬 You are always in control
If you’d prefer not to use it, just tell us - that’s absolutely fine.

🔒 Your privacy comes first
No audio is saved, and all information remains securely within NHS‑approved systems.
Scribe is simply a digital note‑taking tool designed to
✔️ improve accuracy
✔️ reduce admin time
✔️ help clinicians focus fully on you

This week is Cervical Cancer Prevention week. Taking care of your cervical health is one of the most important things you can do - and we’re here to make it as easy and comfortable as possible.
Cervical screening helps prevent cancer - and you have choices to make the appointment work for you.

Did you know you can:
✔ Ask for a female clinician
✔ Request a quiet or longer appointment
✔ Bring someone with you
✔ Ask for a chaperone
✔ Be added back to the recall list if you previously opted out by mistake
Been invited for cervical screening? Put your health at the top of your to-do list and book your appointment as soon as you can.

Evening and Saturday appointments now available at Langley Corner Surgery.​ You can book these in the same way you would book an appointment now.​

Our new opening times are:​
​✔ Weekdays until 8am - 8pm​
✔ Alternate Saturdays 9am - 2pm​

Appointments with our GPs, Nurses, and HCAs will be available (pre-book only). Extended hours appointments can be booked in the usually way. ​

Please note:
The surgery will not be open for general patient queries during these extended hours - only for patients attending their pre‑booked appointments.
