- Free Parent Coaching Session as part of a case study to qualify for level 5 Parent Coach

- 60 minute massage for £35, includes free aromatherapy oil blend made to suit your needs

- 90 minute massage for £45. includes free aromatherapy oil blend made to suit your needs

- 120 minute pamper includes either facial with clays and essential oils to suit your skin type or a pedicure without polish and then the remaining time is filled with a relaxing, stress and pain relieving massage

PARENT COACHING - PRACTICE HOURS
CAN YOU HELP?

I am currently completing a qualification in Parent Coaching.
Part of my studies requires me to complete 60 hours of coaching to parents of children aged 4-19 years.
This can be to support parents with their own connections with their children, as well as looking at strategies to support their children’s well-being, emotional literacy and management of feelings, transitions, anxiety, worries and with their self-esteem and confidence.
If you would be interested I would require a minimum of 4-6 sessions with you over a period of weeks either online or face to face.
These sessions will be free so please contact me for more information.
