“3 ways to lose weight before Christmas — without cutting carbs 🎄🍞”

Let’s be honest — cutting carbs before Christmas is a recipe for frustration (and extra mince pies later 😅).
Here’s how my clients are dropping body fat without saying goodbye to bread or pasta 👇

1️⃣ Focus on protein first
Each meal should centre around a lean protein source — chicken, eggs, fish, Greek yogurt, etc.
Protein keeps you full, supports muscle, and helps you burn more calories.

2️⃣ Be mindful, not extreme, with calories
You don’t need to starve — just create a small daily calorie deficit (200–400).
That’s enough to make progress without feeling deprived.

3️⃣ Earn your carbs with movement
Walk more, lift weights, and stay active — the more you move, the more your body uses carbs instead of storing them.

🎯 The goal: steady progress that lasts — not a crash diet that crashes your mood.
