CHAIR YOGA coming to Illminster in the New Year. I currently teach in the Henhayes Centre in Crewkerne and in Broadwindsor

THE POWER OF BREATH
Just completing notes on a talk about the importance of breath in regulating stress levels and helping concentration and self control I’m giving tomorrow to the Broadwindsor group at 11am. It is absolutely fascinating about the number health benefits, both mental and physical, that you can gain from the simple act of mindfully regulating your breathing. Ring me on 07974 435186.

As always, had a lovely, well attended lesson at the National Maritime Aquarium in Plymouth. Always enjoy my lessons there. Yoga and aquariums go so well together. Both calm the mind 🥰 🐡🐠🐟🧘🏼🧘🏼🧘🏼

The Free Yoga lesson is on up at the Barn Street rec field tonight (Thursday)6.15pm -7.15pm. Bring a mat. Dry ground, shade, mown grass and a great breeze up there. Hey Hallo, Why don’t you come to chair yoga todayat the Henhayes Centre, Crewkerne, Wednesday 23rd, at 9.30-10.30am. Start you summer as you mean to go on. Or if you can’t come today there is a class every Friday at 9.15-10.15am.
