✨In Ilminster Parish Hall, North Street ✨
✨ Thursday, 8th January at 12-1pm. ✨

Message me below the photos if you want to improve mobility in a gentle and effective way, but find mat yoga difficult.

I have been teaching Chair Yoga for more than two years and currently teach it in Crewkerne at the Henhayes Centre and also in Broadwindsor at Comrades Hall. Participants find it very helpful in promoting joint flexibility and muscle strength.

THE POWER OF BREATH
Just completing notes on a talk about the importance of breath in regulating stress levels and helping concentration and self control I’m giving tomorrow to the Broadwindsor group at 11am. It is absolutely fascinating about the number health benefits, both mental and physical, that you can gain from the simple act of mindfully regulating your breathing. Ring me on 07974 435186.

As always, had a lovely, well attended lesson at the National Maritime Aquarium in Plymouth. Always enjoy my lessons there. Yoga and aquariums go so well together. Both calm the mind 🥰 🐡🐠🐟🧘🏼🧘🏼🧘🏼

The Free Yoga lesson is on up at the Barn Street rec field tonight (Thursday)6.15pm -7.15pm. Bring a mat. Dry ground, shade, mown grass and a great breeze up there.
