Even though shop is covered in roadworks and extremely annoying to find parking near 🫠 we are still open! My plan was to get my sign up and some beautiful outside greenery around the window, it's on pause... again... opening hour's are redused to Saturday's only. This was to give SSEN time during the week to finish all the mess they've made (hasn't worked, as of yet) and they're two months behind schedule. (No compensation) but I'm staying positive 😃 and it's thanks to you, my customers! I drag my heels through the mud and mess in the morning, looking at the mess I want to run away! But inside is beautiful and calm, then you show up 🥹 And it makes me so happy that I did too 🫶

So please remember... this Saturday I will be there. Despite the mess and the mud.

This year I really want to try making my own jewellery. I'm looking for scrap gold and silver or even little gemstones I can use. Anything considered. I will only be able to pay scrap value. For indoor care, Phoenix canariensis needs bright, indirect light (east/west window is great), moderate watering (let soil dry slightly between waterings, don't let it sit in water), and average room humidity, though misting helps. Feed monthly during growing seasons with a balanced fertilizer but not in winter, and repot only every few years into a slightly larger pot with well-draining soil, keeping it slightly root-bound for best results.
