We have returned from our wonderfully active holiday where we spent lots of time out and about, in the sea, walking, talking and connecting... 💗💗

This week the kids are like couch potatoes! All they want is screen time! 🍟

So I'm getting them off the sofa on their bikes! 🚴🏼

Ah now this is a beauty 😍

It is important that our children KNOW that they are loved.

Loved by Mum, Dad or whoever is their primary carer.

Loved by grandparents, aunties, uncles, friends...

But I think the most important type of love is self love ❤️

Let's teach our children to love themselves from as early an age as possible.

I'm glad we have had this affirmation to call upon over the last few days 😭

With close family moving away to live abroad, the kids have been faced with some BIG emotions.

Reminding them of this card let's them know it's ok to release all of those feelings 😭 And to also be happy for their cousins who are experiencing a great adventure 😍✈️
